1. Build and strengthen relationships between CHWs, CHRs and Promotores working in nearby communities
2. Share resources and support one another's initiatives
3. Increase CHW visibility and partnerships w/ local Leadership
4. Advocate for and promote CHW professional standards, recognition and compensation
