Early-Bird tickets: CHW $80.00 / Ally $120.00 (purchase through August 17th) 

General Admission tickets: CHW $100.00 / Ally $140.00 (purchase beginning August 18th)

2. CHW Scholarships: 

The SE CHW Network Summit Planning Committee made it a priority to offer a limited number of registration fee waivers & lodging support for CHWs in need. After the review of your application detailed instructions will be sent on next steps. 

For planning purposes, please note that lodging support will only cover HALF of your hotel costs. Selected applicants will have to pay for the entire lodging costs upfront and will be reimbursed for half of the hotel stay after the summit.
