The CCHA 5-Year Anniversary Gala

As you've probably already heard, the Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) is thrilled to be celebrating our 5th anniversary! They are hosting a gala on April 26th, 2024 at 7pm at Riverbanks Zoo and Gardens to mark this significant milestone. 

The gala isn't just about what CCHA has accomplished in the past five years, but also a celebration of the great strides they have made together for and with CHWs in South Carolina. You've been a critical part of that success.
