2025 Hopes and Dreams Conference

Family Connection’s annual Hopes & Dreams Conference brings together parents, students, professionals, exhibitors, and sponsors for a day of learning and collaboration!

Continuing education credits will be provided by the South Carolina Area Health Education Consortium (AHEC) and the South Carolina Community Health Worker Association (CHW).

BabyNet personnel SC Part C Credential renewal credit will be provided for the 2025 Hopes and Dreams Conference. BabyNet personnel will need to email Lisa.Henry@uscmed.sc.edu to have the 2025 Hopes & Dreams Conference evaluation added to their training account.  They will be asked to provide the name and brief description of the workshop that they attended during each of the breakout sessions.
